There are over 390 separate pieces of Legislation in place with which an Organisation may have to conform. Failure to comply with any one of these may result in fines for the Directors and a trading ban. The company's Insurer may use non compliance as a reason for refusing to pay the total value of claims for damages or compensation. Increasingly a non compliant company is vulnerable to being sued by its own employees.

Our approach is manage the creation of an infrastructure where Health & Safety considerations become part of the company's culture and can be maintained by the work force. We undertake the formulation, documentation and planning of standards and procedures, including implementation training and motivation of the personnel involved in the project.

We also provide an on going programme of audit, review and assessment for clients including an on line support service which is available to both the client and any staff trainers operating under our coaching programme.

On Site Electrical, Gas, and Fire Safety Compliance Testing
Undertaken by our fully certificated operatives. Hand held computers and bar-coding to register and asset track every appliance. Clients are provided with data output and test results in a variety of formats and we issue reminders when update testing is due. The agency provides portable appliance and socket testing, fixed electrical supply, fixed electrical appliances, plant inspection,. emergency lighting, gas appliances and gas supply, gas escape detection, fire extinguishers, smoke detection, fire alarms.
