Special Notes Entry Qualifications

Delegates should have passed the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate prior to commencement of the intermediate course.

We like to carry out a kitchen inspection during the course as a practical exercise, it is not meant to be a destructive experience. We will also endeavour to carry out a microbiological test to add some interest.

This course can include the CIEH HACCP's certificate for successful candidates. There is a need for distance learning time to prepare 2 projects for this part of the course and an additional days study.

  • Supervision, Monitoring and Control of Food Hygiene Standards;
  • Mock Examination.
    The course has some video presentation, practical exercises and syndicate work.
