| Course Aims |
To introduce the principles of hazard analysis of food in the work place and to guide delegated
towards completing assessments in the work place.

| Course Outcome |
By the end of the course delegates will be able to identify hazards during food preparation and will
be able to identify the controls necessary to ensure food is safe to eat.

This course requires 12 hours attendance with delegates preparing work between the two training
days and a case study examination.
