Course Aims To enable individuals to address audiences or individuals with confidence and credibility whilst enhancing their position and extending their influence. Delegates will also learn how to adapt their approach to varying audiences, people and situations. This course is suitable for Staff nurses, matrons, managers, security and anyone who is responsible for directing, motivating or managing others.
Course Outcome Confident staff able to effectively get their message across so that it is understood by the recipient. Individuals will also be able to present themselves more assertively and thus reduce work place incidents and accidents.
Special Notes There is a high level of active participation in this course The introductory public speaking exercise is filmed and reviewed by the whole group
