Course Aims The course is ideal for those working within a control room environment, especially those employed to monitor large sites and estates, private CCTV Control Rooms.
Course Outcome The course has been designed to give Control Room Operators a better understanding of the requirements of the British Standards and legal issues relating to their duties.
Special Notes This course provides candidates with the opportunity to gain underpinning knowledge to assist them to progress on to the SITO/City & Guilds 7268 NVQ Level 2 in Security, Safety & Loss Prevention.
