The course is ideal for those responsible for the planning, management and operation of CCTV Control Rooms and Control
Rooms in general.
Whilst the course relates CCTV Control Rooms operating within the Security Industry, it is relevant to candidates who
work within or are planning to work within any Security Control Room. The course features a good mix of both theory
and syndicate work.

This course provides candidates with the opportunity to gain underpinning knowledge to assist them to progress on to
City & Guilds 7251 or 7252 in Security Management or any Management NVQ at Levels 3 or 4.
