- Appreciating the potential physical, emotional and psychological ramifications of stress, fear
and shock
- Addressing when, where and why these events occur
- How to deal with and overcome shock
- Develop a Psychological Protection Kit Relaxation Skills - learn how to switch off, de-stress
and over come fear and shock more quickly
- Self Control - The ability to retain, regain or remain in control of your emotions and feelings
when under extreme pressure
- Develop influencing skills and conflict resolution by behavioural awareness to reduce the
occurrence of such incidentsUnderstanding the impact of fear, shock and how to overcome them
- Action Plan Development; Developing your own practical strategies for real situations and people
- Language; Understand and practice the use of language when communicating with others both verbal
