To speed up the recovery rate of individuals who have experienced a violent and/or aggressive event.

  • Appreciating the potential physical, emotional and psychological ramifications of stress, fear and shock
  • Addressing when, where and why these events occur
  • How to deal with and overcome shock
  • Develop a Psychological Protection Kit Relaxation Skills - learn how to switch off, de-stress and over come fear and shock more quickly
  • Self Control - The ability to retain, regain or remain in control of your emotions and feelings when under extreme pressure
  • Develop influencing skills and conflict resolution by behavioural awareness to reduce the occurrence of such incidentsUnderstanding the impact of fear, shock and how to overcome them
  • Action Plan Development; Developing your own practical strategies for real situations and people
  • Language; Understand and practice the use of language when communicating with others both verbal and non-verbal formsReview of who to contact if you need help, names and numbers
